Continuing our year-long exploration into issues of representation, Arrival City seeks to explore both the visible and invisible factors that contribute to the formation of our identity, and thus our agency and place within society: presenting a portrait of Liverpool, and especially L8, as a city of immigration.

Building on our current exhibition, curated by Niloo Sharifi and featuring films by Leech, join us as we celebrate the stories Arrival City explores: whether reflections on the past, or collective hopes or fears for the future. Featuring performances and discussions, the event will also launch a new zine from ROOT-ed, which captures the experiences and thoughts of the people that live and work in L8.
