Ticket Terms and Conditions

Tickets to FACT events cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of cancelled or rescheduled events. However, tickets are transferrable if you are no longer able to attend an event.
Your e-ticket will be emailed to the email address supplied. An e-ticket can be shown on a mobile device or printed on paper for entry.
All prices are subject to availability.

Please have your e-ticket ready to scan on entry to the event.
Late entry and readmittance where possible is at the discretion of the Duty Manager.
For film screenings, guests who arrive after the main feature has started will not be entitled to enter the screen.
Doors open and event start times will be clearly communicated on the event and booking page when in place.
FACT reserves the right to refuse admission and alter the programme without prior notice.
Age guidelines may be issued which are specific to the event booked. In some cases, an event may not be suitable for children, or children may need to be accompanied by an adult. Age guidelines can be found on the event webpage.
You must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.
Ticket holders consent to filming, sound recording and being photographed as members of the audience. If you would prefer not to be included in any image recording, please speak to a member of FACT staff. They will be wearing a staff lanyard and/or uniform at the event and will provide information on how to make sure you are not included. Notices will be posted at the entrance to any venue where photography or video recording is planned, with similar information.

Concessionary tickets are available to:

Seniors (people aged 60+)
Disability (those with a registered disability). Free Essential Companion tickets are available with a valid CEA card.
Under 18s
Students or those in full-time education
Unwaged

Access tickets are provided for people with a disability to address the individual’s requirements.
