  • FACT reserves the right to refuse admission and alter the programme without prior notice.

Concessions and Discounts

Concessionary tickets are available to:

  • Seniors (people aged 60+)
  • Disability (those with a registered disability). Free Essential Companion tickets are available with a valid CEA card.
  • Under 18s
  • Registered unemployed
  • Child (17 & Under)

Health, Safety and Accessibility

We are going above and beyond to ensure every visit to FACT is enjoyed safely. This includes:

  • Reduced capacity in all spaces and socially-distanced seating
  • Clear signage and additional staff to help you stay safely distanced and navigate our one-way system
  • Additional cleaning and PPE
  • Hand sanitiser stations
  • Extra members of our team on hand to help you during your visit, from a safe distance

In the cinema screen, we have reduced the number of seats that are available to book, and blocked off seats which cannot be used. Only around 30% of the seats will be available, to make sure that visitors have enough space around them to maintain social distance. Our seating plan is divided into different sections to allow different-sized households to sit together. We ask that you only book for the number of people you are planning to sit with. Visitors should note that Government guidance is that masks are mandatory inside the building when not eating or drinking.

Each film listing includes specific information about accessibility including audio descriptions and subtitles. For information about access to the building, please visit www.fact.co.uk/access

Food and Drink

We do not currently offer any food or drink at FACT. However, we are very excited to be opening The Wild Loaf café and bakery in early 2021. More information will be announced soon.
