Tellervo Kalleinen and Oliver Kochta-Kalleinen are an artist collective based in Helsinki, Finland.

After discussing the possibility of transforming the energy of complaints into something else, Kalleinen and Kochta-Kalleinen formed the first Complaints Choir in Birmingham in 2005. Since then, the project has travelled around the world, bringing together citizen's complaints in Helsinki, Hamburg, Melbourne, Hong Kong and many others.

In 2019, FACT commissioned artists Tellervo Kalleinen, Oliver Kochta-Kalleinen and Choir Director, Jennifer John, to create The Liverpool Complaints Choir. The choir consisted of 37 participants aged between 18-70 years old. The Liverpool Complaints Choir performed across the city in August and September with appearances at FACT, Liverpool Lime Street Station and Granby Market.
