£3 Cinema Tickets for Families

For this year's summer holidays, Picturehouse are extending their Kids' Club to every day at FACT. That means more family friendly films at affordable prices for you to plan your summer days out with.

Enjoy daily screenings of Aardman animations including classics Chicken Run, Wallace and Gromit and Shaun the Sheep. Get involved at our clay modelling station to create your own weird and wonderful characters, inspired by the animated worlds on the big screen.

Tickets for Kids' Club are just £3 each (for all ages) and screenings are exclusively for children and their parents or carers.

The Pirates! In An Adventure With Scientists!

Showings from 22 July. An action-packed adventure from Aardman based on British writer Gideon Defoe's immensely funny novel of the same name. Join us on a journey across the seven seas to the dank streets of Victorian London, where the Pirate Captain and his scurvy crew help a young Charles Darwin on his way to becoming an internationally renowned scientist. Wholesome family frolics from the masters of claymation.

Showing from 30 July. Based on BBC TV’s most popular ever children’s series, SHAUN THE SHEEP MOVIE is the well-known stop-motion extravaganza from the multi-award winning Aardman Animations .

Chicken Run

Showings from 6 Aug. Aardman’s first feature-length film, this classic claymation offers up a healthy mix of comedy and adventure. Mrs. Tweedy operates a chicken farm, where most of the birds have resigned themselves to a short and uneventful life of producing eggs and ending up as the main course of someone's Sunday dinner.

Early Man

Showings from 13 Aug. Set at the dawn of time, when prehistoric creatures roamed the earth, Early Man tells the story of courageous caveman hero Dug (Eddie Redmayne) and his best friend Hognob as they unite his tribe against a mighty enemy Lord Nooth (Tom Hiddleston) and his Bronze Age City to save their home.

Showings from 22 Aug. Shaun is back! And there's a new arrival in town who's a little alien...meet LU-LA. Strange lights over the quiet town of Mossingham herald the arrival of a mystery visitor from far across the galaxy.

Wallace & Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit

Showings from 27 Aug. Wallace and his loyal dog, Gromit, set out to discover the mystery behind the garden sabotage that plagues their village and threatens the annual giant vegetable growing contest.

Looking for more hands-on activities? Pick up an activity pack during your visit and head into the galleries to explore futuristic worlds. Journey through giant sculptures and immersive spaces as you learn a K-pop dance routine and play with augmented reality filters.
