Blending theatre, opera, digital art and immersive technology, ONLY SLIME create fluid, cross-genre works that stretch across physical and digital realms. In this special pre-opening event, the duo will discuss the evolution of AFTERLIFE from its origins as a live performance shaped by Greek mythology, gaming culture and operatic drama, to its transformation into an interactive installation at FACT.
Together with Giorgio Vitale, they will explore themes of embodiment, consciousness and storytelling, reflecting on how a near-miss accident in 2021 became the catalyst for a surreal meditation on life, death and reincarnation.
The talk will be followed by a live performance.
