We’re delighted to host Christopher Kulendran Thomas and Bahar Noorizadeh for a special in-conversation. Join us ahead of the opening event, taking place from 18:00-20:00, to hear directly from the artists before exploring the new installations. Together, we'll explore their individual practices and influences, as well as the overlapping themes found in their work.
Christopher Kulendran Thomas’ major new body of work, Safe Zone – a collaboration with Annika Kuhlmann, is presented alongside a reimagined staging of Bahar Noorizadeh’s film Free to Choose. Within these powerful exhibitions, the artists encourage us to reconsider our relationship with politics, technology, economics, and societal structures while reflecting on how momentous events have shaped the world as we understand it today.
