Shivaangee is an artist, facilitator and audio describer with an experimental practice that orbits dance, improvisation and collective composition. They are constantly curious about dance as a medium through which we can stay with and understand our multiplicities - across our physical, social, autobiographical and political experiences. Their queer and autistic experience informs their ongoing research into protecting individual autonomy in collective structures, the limitations and liberations of virtuosity, and the cyclical nature of hope and hopelessness.
