Ria (she/her) is a Liverpool-based sound artist and producer exploring the intersections of climate, community, and emotional resonance through experimental audio. Her work blends field recordings, ambient textures, and collaborative voices to create immersive sonic narratives. Rooted in feminist theory and deep listening, Ria’s practice positions sound as a tool for political engagement. Drawing from techno, garage, and left-field experimentalism, her live sets explore shifting textures and emotional topographies to sculpt performances that are both intimate and expansive, grounded in electroacoustic tradition and driven by real-time manipulation.
