This masterclass will specialise in feature filmmaking with Shut Out The Light Films, an independent film and distribution company, founded in Liverpool in 2014 by Christie Allanson and Daniel Draper. Shut Out The Light Films specialise in documentary production with a hands-on, personal and passionate approach during all stages of production and distribution.
They have produced and distributed four feature-length documentaries to date, Nature of the Beast, The Big Meeting, Almost Liverpool 8 and Manifesto - all of which were released theatrically in UK cinemas and received positive national reviews.
