Ex-Forces Film Club - Queen Special

Monday 5 Nov / 5pm - 9pm / The Box / Free, booking via Eventbrite

Knowsley Veterans Hub are funding an special screening as part of FACT's ongoing Ex-Forces Film Club. We will be showing Bohemian Rhapsody, a film depicting the years leading up to Queen's legendary appearance at the Live Aid concert. Ex-Forces Film Club is a FREE monthly film screening for military veterans (plus their partners and friends) to explore film and meet other veterans.

This additional screening on bonfire night offers a quiet space to be with like minded people for veterans who may feel uneasy with firework displays. We will host a quiz and enjoy some light refreshments before the film begins. If you are a military veteran (if you have served in the armed forces, completed national service and are aged 18 or over) and would like to come along to the screenings please book your tickets here.

Knowsley Veterans Hub is part of Everton in the Community and openly welcomes veterans and their families by providing one-to-one information, advice and guidance sessions; weekly coffee mornings offering an informal opportunity for participants to meet and facilitate social bonding; invaluable referral links and signposting to ex-forces specific organisations and a wide range of physical activity sessions.
