Our Building is Closed Until Further Notice

Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our community, and this is why FACT has taken the decision to close until further notice. This includes our galleries, Picturehouse Cinemas, The Garden by LEAF café and Picturehouse bar.

Whilst we are postponing our next exhibition, And Say the Animal Responded?, we will be presenting an online programme of engaging, social and interactive content and resources for you, your loved ones and friends to enjoy remotely.

Whilst we are closed, you can still contact us by emailing info@fact.co.uk or calling 0151 707 4444.

We are following official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England very closely, ensuring we are up to date at all times. We will continue to provide updates as we receive new information.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to welcoming you to our building when we reopen, but in the meantime, we look forward to connecting with you online.

OUR COMMUNITY

During this time FACT will be honouring all pre-agreed contracts (written and informal) which supports our artists, freelancers, casuals, our incredible cleaning and security teams, and staff.

At this difficult time, we feel that we need to state that FACT and Picturehouse Cinemas are two separate organisations. FACT is a registered charity funded by Arts Council England and Liverpool City Council. On a day-to-day basis, our teams work closely together to ensure our visitors have the best possible experience, however, FACT has no control over decisions made by Picturehouse Cinemas.

TICKETS & REFUNDS

Ticket holders for FACT events have been contacted and refunds have been issued automatically.

All Picturehouse customers who pre-booked tickets online or on the phone will be emailed and then automatically be issued a refund within 14 days. Customers who purchased tickets in-person should contact enquiries@picturehouses.co.uk and our Customer Care team will be able to help you.
