Film is a great medium for exploring food – food for the future, food as culture and politics, food for health and change, foods as history and art, food for real.
The Food for Real Film Festival is run by Toxteth-based Squash Nutrition, and shares important local and global interests and issues with diverse audiences.
Food For Real takes place at various venues around the city, and here at FACT we are pleased to present a selection of films and workshops exploring issues around the foods we consume daily. From My Name is Salt to Le Semeur (The Sower).
