NHS Test and Trace

Please note that in efforts to assist with combating Covid-19, your name and contact number may be shared with a legitimate public health authority for the purposes of the 'NHS Test & Trace' contact tracing scheme. We will only share your information if requested in the interests of keeping FACT staff and the public safe and to assist in containing any outbreaks. Any sharing of your data will be done securely and safely.

The UK Government has stated that NHS Test and Trace service will handle all data according to the highest ethical and security standards and ensure it is used only for the purposes of protecting public health, including minimising the transmission of COVID-19.
