We've teamed up with Creative and Cultural Skills to create new job placements through the government's Kickstart Scheme. Together, our goal is to offer the most inspiring and exciting job opportunities for young people that could lead to a life-long career within the arts, culture and heritage sector.

The Kickstart Scheme provides 6-month job placements for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment.

We are committed to ensuring that all Kickstart Scheme employees have an inspiring, impactful and enriching experience that supports their journey to achieve their future career goals. Whilst you will learn new skills and gain experience in the role, we’ve also developed a programme of wraparound support to enhance your learning and development, build confidence and receive tailored support to help with future employability.
