Become part of our story as we enter into a new chapter of FACT. We are seeking a new tenant to set up and run a café for visitors to our busy gallery and cinema.

Our award-winning building in Liverpool, which opened in 2003, has three large art galleries, three cinemas, a media and events space, a lab for learning and experimentation and a bar. Both the cinema and bar are managed by our tenants, Picturehouse.

Our building is open 364 days a year and we are seeking a new tenant to cater for visitors to our busy galleries and cinemas.

The available unit is located inside FACT, 88 Wood Street, Liverpool, L1 4DQ. Wood Street is within close proximity to Bold Street, a well-established hospitality location.
