Introducing FACT's Research Programme
Maggie Matic, FACT's Research Intern, introduces our cutting edge Research & innovation programme
20 June 2014
Here at FACT, we operate not only as a gallery but also as a hub of cutting edge research into a wide range of topics spanning from health, ageing, community and citizenship to digital public spaces and the ramifications of the inner workings of these spaces.
FACT's Research & Innovation programme works with universities, researchers, academics, early career professionals and post graduate students from all over the world to share knowledge and develop new research. Recent partners include the Royal College of Art, Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool Hope University, Manchester Metropolitan University, the V&A and the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Art. This programme is every expanding and new projects are constantly materialising.
Over the next few months, we want to tell you about all the amazing research we have been working on here at FACT and keep you up to date with our current projects, including ways that you can get involved in our research drives. So keep an eye out for our Research blog posts to stay in the know. In the meantime, you can view in depth research summaries and proposals in our research hub on the FACT website.
