We want adults, especially older adults, to bring their life experience to young people.
Intergenerational
We believe that people of all ages can learn together and from each other. Intergenerational learning is an important part of life where generations can work together to gain skills, values and knowledge.
Beyond the transfer of knowledge, intergenerational learning creates an exchange between different generations that helps to develop social capital and cohesion in our ageing societies.
