Join us for a special screening of the 2005 documentary Grizzly Man, directed by Werner Herzog.

When grizzly bear activists Timothy Treadwell and Amie Huguenard moved out to Alaska to follow and interact with native grizzly bears, the devastating happenings to follow were completely unforeseen.

Directed by Werner Herzog, this seemingly beautiful and heart-rending story chronicles the life of the passionate bear enthusiasts and their journey to understand and connect with the species. It reveals some of Treadwell’s own footage of his interactions with grizzly bears before 2003 and interviews with people who know him.

Viewer age rating is 15. Viewers may find some scenes disturbing, viewer discretion is advised.
