Learn more about air quality in Merseyside, how it impacts on your children’s health, and what we can do locally and nationally to reduce pollution. Clean Air Parents’ Network presents a free film screening of Fighting For Air followed by a Q&A session with environment and health specialists.

"Air pollution in the UK has been declared a public health emergency"

Fighting for Air is a documentary set in Birmingham that follows Dr Xand van Tulleken and the local community stage a large-scale experiment to look for ways to reduce air pollution in the UK. Can the power of communities – with the help of some ingenious tech and some of the best experts in pollution science – succeed where governments have failed?

Together, we’ll be asking what lessons can we learn for our cities? Join Clean Air Parents’ Network from 18:30 for refreshments.
