Christopher Nolan returns with his third instalment of the Batman series based on the story by David Goyer.

Batman returns to Gotham following an eight-year absence after taking the rap for crimes he didn’t commit in the name of the greater good. But while the Bat's away, the mice will play. New super-villain Bane (Hardy, INCEPTION) is chemically enhanced and murderous after spending much of his life in jail. He has teamed up with Catwoman (Hathaway, ONE DAY) and together they are terrorising Gotham.

Christian Bale takes up the cape once more and is joined by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman and Marion Cotillard for a big-budget blockbuster that promises more revenge and more crimes to fight.
