In this sharp and dryly funny American political comedy based on a true story, Jason Biggs (GUY X) plays journalist Phil Campbell, who suddenly finds himself embroiled in the world of Seattle politics. After losing his job at a newspaper, on a whim Phil agrees to manage old pal Grant Cogswell (Moore) and his campaign for political office.

A defiant oddball with political fervour and a penchant for dressing up as a polar bear, Cogswell is sprung to fame and popularity, becoming an unlikely hero for the jaded people of the city, and his wild-card bid for election is suddenly a very real possibility.

Driven by a witty script, game performances from a hip young cast and a refreshingly sharp edge, this must-see indie is the perfect antidote to American election fever. A delight.
