Despicable Me (2D)

On a typical suburban street, an evil mastermind is plotting the most audacious heist in history. Gru (Carell, DATE NIGHT) is about to attempt to steal the moon. But while a vast arsenal of freeze-rays and laser-guns and an army of faithful minions make Gru a particularly well-equipped supervillain, one thing he's not quite prepared for is the intervention of three little girls: Agnes, Edith and Margo (newcomers Elsie Fisher, Dana Gaier and Miranda Cosgrove).

While using this trio of orphaned tots as pawns in his dastardly scheme, Gru finds himself captivated by the innocent bond between them, and soon his meticulous plotting begins to unravel before him. DESPICABLE ME promises to thrill children and touch adults in equal measures.
