Ken Loach returns with what maybe his last film, I, Daniel Blake. Following the moving story of a 59 year old carpenter who is recovering from a heart attack, Blake befriends a single mum and her two kids as they navigate their way through the kafkaesque impersonal benefits system.

With equal amounts of humour, warmth and despair, this is Loach at his most heartfelt and emotional right until the end.

Both screenings on 24 September will be accompanied by a live Q&A.

For the 5pm screening, we will be joined by director Ken Loach, writer Paul Laverty, actress Hayley Squires and actor Dave Johns.

For the 6pm screening, we will be joined by director Ken Loach, writer Paul Laverty and actress Hayley Squires.
