COCKNEYS VS ZOMBIES is the story of Andy (Treadaway, CONTROL) and Terry (Hardiker), two hapless cockney brothers who try to save their grandad's (Ford, LOCK, STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS) care home by robbing a bank. But at that very moment a virus sweeps across East London, turning all the inhabitants into flesh-eating zombies. Faced with hordes of the undead, the brothers must somehow find a way to grab the loot, rescue a home full of tooled-up pensioners, and get out of London alive.

Scripted by James Moran (SEVERANCE) and promising, in the words of Rasmus Hardiker, "blood, guts, guns, zombies and cockneys", this romping comedy horror gives SHAUN OF THE DEAD a run for its money and then some. An un-Adam-and-Eve-able tour de force to prove that the British zombie flick is very far from brown bread.
