An animated film about mental health? Sounds like fun for all the family, eh? And it is! The film's about the emotions inside 11-year-old Riley's head - Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust and Anger - and how they work together to help her negotiate moving house and starting at a new school. This is a beautiful film for the 11-year-old in all of us - you may cry but you'll also laugh!
Before the main feature, we’ll be showing short films by and about local people with a wellbeing theme: Biyi Yang, Blue; Marc Fraser, Isolation; Moving on with Life and Learning, Beautiful Me.
Tickets for this screening are free, but pre-booking is advisable.
