Previously disused urban space is now sprouting runner beans, wild damsons are becoming jam, poly-tunnels heave with chilli peppers and honey-bees forage the elderflowers..... welcome to local food Liverpool 2012! Join us to explore how the food movement in the city is growing, through short documentary films that maps growers tales from Dutch Farm in Speke over to Everton Park, via Toxteth, and beyond! Community growing films include shorts from film-makers Donna Palmer, Tim Brunsden and Hayley Trowbridge.
