This comprehensive, revealing and sometimes shocking film, examines Billy’s too short life and features contributions from fans, friends and family including Lord Puttnam, Amanda Barrie, Vince Eager, Len Goodman, Imelda May and Billy’s mum, Jean Wycherley.
