We have a variety of different spaces available to hire and the building has free Wi-Fi throughout. Our in-house events and technical teams can help plan and deliver all types of events. The Garden by Leaf provide catering for events in the building, with a wide range of food and drink options available.
Our rates for space hire and events are very flexible, depending on time, day and how many spaces are required.
The FACT building
FACT's building was the first custom built arts venue in Liverpool since the 1930s. Designed by architects Austin-Smith:Lord, it is a modern and hi-tech space that lends itself to a variety of events. Located on Wood Street, in the RopeWalks area of Liverpool City Centre and a stone's throw from the city's independent bohemian shopping quarter, Bold Street, FACT is ideal for conferences, seminar days and private hire events.
Cinema screens
FACT's cinema auditoriums offer a truly unique experience for delegates. The spaces each boast a generous stage area, comfortable tiered seating, HD cinema screens and high-quality sound systems. Screens 1 and 3 are also fitted with 3D projection facilities. (Capacities: Screen 1 - 254 people; Screen - 136 people; Screen 3 - 104 people).
The Box
The Box is FACT's most flexible and innovative space. Located on the ground floor, its interior is lined with velvet curtains and adaptable sofa style seating making this a stylish and practical space. The Box is ideal for product launches, workshops, informal gatherings or private film screenings and can be fitted with cabaret tables for seated meals, or with stalls as an exhibition space. (Capacity: 50 seated / 80 standing).
The Media Lab
The Media Lab is an interactive space which can be used as either a workshop or breakout room. It is equipped with twelve, 20" Intel iMac computers running both Windows and Apple Mac OSX, which are fully networked and offer a range of software. The room also boasts a data projector, interactive whiteboard and is an attractive and relaxed space. (Capacity: 12 people).
The Board Room
Located on the third floor within FACT HQ, The Board Room is perfect for meetings, training sessions and presentations. It offers a large board table, projection facilities, air conditioning, WiFi and flipcharts. Our reception team are on hand to ensure your guests are greeted on arrival and can provide regular refreshments. (Capacity: 14 people).
The Bar
Situated on FACT's first floor, the Bar serves a wide range of draught and bottled beers, wines and spirits, as well as Fairtrade tea and coffee. Ideally placed just beneath the main screens, the Bar area is perfect for buffet lunches, receptions, breakout sessions and product launches. (Capacity: 30 - 50 people seating / 100 standing).
