artplayer.tv is an online video platform showcasing the best video content from the UK arts world with over 100 channels from organisations including Liverpool Biennial, Film and Video Umbrella, Royal Court Theatre and Rambert Dance Company. artplayer brings you interviews with artists, events coverage, behind the scenes footage, short films and much more, all available online and via the artplayer.tv app. As well as showcasing exclusive editorial content, artplayer offers a range of video services, including production and training.
artplayer brings together the best UK art, music, dance, literature, digital work, and theatre. You can see world-class art and experience critically acclaimed and world famous performances, all in one place. They also produce a regular arts show, InFocus, which brings you the highlights of the latest and most exciting videos on artplayer and features exclusive interviews, profiles and items on organisations or exhibitions from across the country.
Funded by Arts Council England, artplayer is aimed at promoting the UK arts industry as a whole and being a central place from where industry content can be distributed across a range of channels. The platform has also been developed in partnership with FACT, Error Creative Studio and Apposing.
