FACT awarded top marks by a mystery shopper
FACT was shortlisted for the 'Large Visitor Attraction' award at The Mersey Partnership's Annual Tourism Awards 2010. As part of the judging process, a mystery shopper was sent to take a look at our Front of House.We're very proud to say that we received full marks for our cheerful and informative Front of House staff, and for our building being easy to find and accessible. Top marks were also awarded to our Shop and Cafe for being value for money, clean and pleasant - even our toilets received first class reviews!
Overall we received 100% for Tourism and Customer Satisfaction, with our mystery shopper stating they would definitely come back for another visit and recommend FACT to their friends.
