Alice was in the building promoting her directorial debut, Prevenge, the story of a soon to be single mother whose unborn baby eerily commands her to commit a series of gruesome murders. It’s a hilarious and deeply unsettling film and the fact that Alice wrote, directed and starred in it whilst 7 months pregnant was one hell of a feat. She told us about the challenges of making the film and her fears of giving birth, and we also managed to discuss the right for all the wrong reasons director, Tommy Wiseau, a previous guest of the show.

Also featured in this poddy, a review of 2017’s biggest film, La La Land, and previews of Jackie, Denial and Mel Gibson’s latest, Hacksaw Ridge
