In March, we transported this kit to Warrington, to support local creative agency Draw & Code project an animation celebrating Warrington's history and partnership with twin town Hilden, Germany for the launch of a new educational app for young people.

The “Town Centre Trail” app, created by young people from both towns, allows other young people to explore the cultural heritage of Warrington and Hilden using new media technology. Accessible and easy to use, the software encourages young people to think about Warrington and Hilden’s’ past, present and future events.

What better way to launch this new media product, than teaming up with local digital creatives Draw and Code, who specialise in virtual and augmented reality projects and animation? This particular project combined beautiful grahics with a powerful performance element thanks to the projection mapping we helped the team to create especially for the occasion.

Colourful images, teamed with an immersive musical element was the winning combination that wowed crowds on the night. Locals were out in force to witness the spectatcle, and learn about their local history in this magical walk through time, and we're happy to have been a part of it.
