10 October 2011

Those of you with good memories might recall the rather cool retro living room we turned our Media Lounge space into for the Knowledge Lives Everywhere exhibition earlier this year.

\r\n

It was based on a very unique North Liverpool terraced house that tenantspin (our community engagement programme) had been given access to. The house had such a fascinating history that it inspired us to run regular digital story-telling sessions throughout the KLE exhibition.

\r\n

There were some amazing stories that came out of these sessions and on Wednesday, 12 October we are giving everyone a chance to hear some of them.

\r\n

Drop into The Box between 2pm-5.30pm to have a listen and a look, and then later that evening at 6pm meet the photographer Stephen King who produced the amazing images that were taken in the house, some of which you can see here.

\r\n

There’ll also be a chance to hear about Re.Live another interesting digital story-based project by the HIVE collective based on memory and sound working with 17 members of Liverpool Mutual Homes Sheltered Housing.

Drop in anytime during the afternoon but you will need to reserve your free place for the evening's Meet the Artists session. Do this via the Box Office, by calling 0871 902 5737, or online here.
