Suitable for students and academics, but is also accessible to anyone interested in the relationships between memory, art, and identity in the Internet age, Vision, Memory and Media is a brand new book, inspired by our current exhibition Persistence of Vision.

Accompanied by stunning images of artworks by contemporary artists whose practice explores the interplay of memory, vision and media, the essays feature new writing that spans the gamut from psychology to science, as well as art and technology.

The book is currently available from the FACT shop at a special introductory rate.

Persistence of Vision was curated by Karen Newman (FACT) and Andreas Brøgger (Nikolaj Copenhagen Contemporary Art Center, Denmark).

Exhibition delivered in partnership with Nikolaj Copenhagen Contemporary Art Center, Denmark and supported by EU Japan Fest Japan Committee.
